Shipping policy
Made by hand, just for you
We're a small, independent bakery, not Amazon. Every order is hand finished, baked and packed by our own team, so please allow 5–7 days for delivery. We think it's worth the wait.
How we send your order
- Orders under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail 48 hour delivery - we do have an upgrade option available to 24 hour delivery, but dispatch times are the same.
- Custom / personalised orders do take a couple of extra days to be dispatched.
- Larger orders are sent by courier.
- If we can ship early, we always will!
- We cannot hold onto orders or guarantee delivery on a specific day sorry!
Late orders
Once your order leaves us, it's in the hands of the delivery service, and now and then things get held up. If your order is more than 10 days late, just get in touch and you'll be entitled to a refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.
Damaged items
We pack everything carefully, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage. You'll be entitled to a refund or a replacement.
