What is your wholesale minimum order?
Our minimum wholesale order is just £60, making it easy for independent pet shops and smaller dog-friendly businesses to test the range.
How long does delivery take?
We normally ship orders within 3–5 working days, often sooner. During peak periods this can increase slightly.
What is the shelf life?
Our products have a 12-month ambient shelf life. They do not need to be stored in the fridge or freezer.
Can I sell Life of Riley products online or at events?
Yes. Approved stockists can sell through their own website, physical shop, pop-up or events. We do not permit our products to be sold on Amazon.
Do you offer custom products?
Sometimes! We can create custom bones and bespoke packaging with your logo, message or design. Minimum quantities depend on the product and design.
Can I use my own packaging?
Yes, but packaging must clearly state that Life of Riley is the manufacturer. This supports traceability and protects both businesses.
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

What happens if an order arrives damaged?
In the rare event that an order arrives damaged or broken, contact us promptly with photographs and we will always refund or replace the affected items.
